FS#110 - System.NullReferenceException generated when you select "Peek definition" in Visual Studio 2017.3

The first time I select "peek definition" in Visual Studio 2017.3 an exception is generated in the log file.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Codinion.VisualStudioManagement.ExtensionMethods.IVsWindowFrameExtensions.GetCodeWindow(IVsWindowFrame _windowFrame) at Codinion.VisualStudioManagement.TextView.TextView..ctor(ETextViewContentType _contentType, IVsTextView _ivsTextView, IWpfTextView _wpfTextView, ITextDocument _iTextDocument) at Codinion.VisualStudioManagement.TextView.TextViewManager.AddView(IVsTextView _ivsTextView) at Codinion.VisualStudioManagement.TextView.TextViewListener.VsTextViewCreated(IVsTextView _textView) at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Editor.Implementation.SimpleTextViewWindow.<>c__DisplayClass773_0.<SendVsTextViewCreated>b__0() at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Text.Utilities.GuardedOperations.CallExtensionPoint(Object errorSource, Action call)

There is nothing logged in the Codinion log file however.

This is independent of the project type or size as I have experienced it on simple C# console apps through to major solutions for WPF and ASP.NET.
